The Berkshire - An Assisted Living and Dementia Care Community

To Whom It May Concern:

The Bershire is a member of the Vintage Senior LIving Community and is focused on providing senior retirement living, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s care. We’re located in Berkeley, California and currently care for 69 guests. The Bershire is extremely pleased with B-Urine Free, a B Environmental product.

As with most assisted living facilities, staff at The Berkshire occasionally encounter surfaces and fabrics that have been soiled accidentally. Although the sanitary aspects of this problem are easily overcome with proper cleaning, urine odors linger even after cleaning. Needless to say, I have been concerned that the odors would affect our perceived cleanliness.

Currently, five of our housekeeping staff use B-Urine Free on a daily basis. I have found B-Urine Free to be an effective product, removing both urine odors and stains from mattresses, rugs, furniture, and clothing within our facility. I am pleased to say that because of B-Urine Free, The Berkshire no longer worries about persistent urine odors.

Sincerely,
Barbara Drake

To whom it may concern,

Hacienda Care Center, part of Kindred Healthcare, LLC in Livermore, California has been working with BEnvironmental for less than a year. Although our relationship has been relatively short, we are completely satisfied with the service BEnvironmental has provided. In all dealings with the business, BEnvironmental’s staff has been friendly and extremely helpful.

Our primary reason for hiring BEnvironmental was in the hope that they could reduce the amount of odor our grease interceptor creates. The interceptor is unfortunately close to the employee break-room and its malodor was not appreciated. Within a few weeks of initiating BEnvironmental’s service the odors have become noticeably reduced. BEnvironmental has also arranged for a vapor barrier lid to be fabricated and installed. We hope that with this final step, our facility can free of this unbecoming problem.

We look forward to continuing our relationship with BEnvironmental and trust that the expertise and they provide is an asset to our facility.

Sincerely,

Margot Nijsure

To Whom It May Concern:

Fawcett Memorial Hospital has been using various services provided by Environmental Biotech since 2001.

Currently, our facility is equipped with eleven (11) “Sugar and Starch Eradication Systems” (S.E.S.) installed at our operating room scrub sinks as well as in our Pharmacy. The service has remedied the problem of clogs and back-ups at these sinks.

Additionally, we use the “Grease Eradication System” (G.E.S.) in our kitchen and three (3) “Gelatin Eradication System” in our X-Ray photo processing labs. Once again this service has had very good success at keeping our drain lines clear.

I have found the service technicians and managers at Environmental Biotech to be professional and have our business in their best interest.

Sincerely,

Susan H. McCool

To Whom It May Concern

In December of 1997 our department engaged Environmental Biotech in a test to determine if their services could help the City of Waltham and the sewer FOG problem. At that time the accumulation of FOG in a number of points within the sewer system required frequent and costly mechanical cleaning. At several locations, weekly or bi-weekly cleaning was required.

Organic solvents, as well as dry and liquick spore bacteria, had been tested with no success. So there was great skepticism that Environmental Biotech solutions could perform to our requirements.

During the initial test, CCTV inspections after one month of treatment at the test locations showed no new grease deposits and a softening of the existing hardened grease deposits. CCTV inspection three months after test initiation revealed unqualified success of the Environmental Biotech program.

Since the conclusion of the initial test in the spring of 1998, the City of Waltham has continuously used Environmental Biotech, and will do so for the foreseeable future. Environmental Biotech FOG control system prevent the accumulation of FOG at problem locations within the city sewer lines and lift stations.

From time to time, the department performs CCTV inspections at the treated locations to confirm the ongoing positive resutls. Those inspections show uniformly positive results at significantly reduced cost compared to the previously required mechanical cleaning.

The City of Waltham remains extremely pleased with the business relationship with Environmental Biotech. I am happy to recommend their services. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
